Chinese Name : 白石英浸酒

Drug Formulation

White quartz (crushed to the size of hemp seeds) 5 liang; magnetite (calcined until red, quenched in vinegar; repeat this process 5 times, then pounded) 5 liang.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a coarse powder, place them in a raw silk bag, and steep in 1 sheng of wine for 5–6 days.

Benefits

For rheumatic arthralgia, pain in the limbs and joints, inability to hold objects, weakness when moving, deafness, and kidney deficiency.

Instructions for Use

Take as needed at any time, warming the mixture to body temperature before consumption. When the mixture is nearly depleted, replenish it with additional wine.
