Drug Formulation

1 jin of tung oil, 4 liang of yellow丹, 1 liang of Sichuan mountain tortoise shell, 10 centipedes, 2 liang of white goose feathers, 5 qian of human hair ash (melt completely, pour into water, allow to cool, collect in a cup, and dissolve over a water bath), 1 liang of frankincense, 1 liang of myrrh, 1 liang of dragon’s blood, 1 liang of Chemi, and 1 liang of Shaopow.

Processing

Bring the tung oil to a rolling boil, then add the realgar. Immediately add the Sichuan armadillo shell, followed by the centipedes and white goose feathers. Next, add the human hair residue, then the frankincense, myrrh, dragon’s blood, carthamus seeds, and Shaofeng powder.
