Rehmannia glutinosa (steamed 9 times with wine and sun-dried 9 times) 4 liang, Acorus tatarinowii 5 qian, Polygala tenuifolia and Glycyrrhiza uralensis (soaked in water and pitted) 1 liang, Dioscorea opposita 2 liang, Schisandra chinensis 7 qian, Cistanche deserticola (soaked in wine, washed to remove scales and white membrane) 2 liang, Cuscuta chinensis (soaked in wine, stir-fried) 2 liang,Achyranthes root (soaked in wine) 1 liang, Morinda root (core removed, soaked in wine) 1 liang 5 qian, Dipsacus root (soaked in wine, washed) 1 liang 5 qian, Poria (peeled) 1 liang 5 qian, Amomum seed (peeled) 1 liang 5 qian, Phellodendron bark (stir-fried with salt and wine) 1 liang 5 qian, Anemarrhena rhizome (stir-fried with wine) 1 liang 5 qian, Polygonum multiflorum stem (stir-fried with salt and wine) 2 liang,Goji berries 2 liang, Cornus officinalis (cleaned pulp) 2 liang, Eucommia ulmoides (peeled, stir-fried with salt and wine until the fibers break) 2 liang, Tribulus terrestris (stir-fried) 2 liang, Ginseng 1 liang, Tiger leg bone (roasted with butter) 1 liang.
