Drug Formulation

1 liang of red beans, 1 liang of Curcuma zedoaria (roasted, then pounded while hot), 1 liang of Amomum villosum, 2 liang of Cardamom (roasted), 2 liang of Green Tangerine Peel (white pith removed), 2 liang of Dried Tangerine Peel (white pith removed), 2 liang of Dried Ginger (roasted), 2 liang of Beijing-style Curcuma zedoaria (roasted, then pounded while hot),2 liang of cinnamon bark (with coarse outer bark removed), 3 liang of galangal, 3 liang of pharbitis (stir-fried until fragrant and cooked), and 3 liang of asafoetida (dissolved in vinegar, sand and grit removed, then ground).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; mix with a water-cooked starch paste to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use
