Dioscorea opposita 2 liang, Achyranthes bidentata 2 liang, Cuscuta chinensis 2 liang, Alisma orientale 2 liang, Rehmannia glutinosa (dried) 2 liang, Poria cocos 2 liang, Morinda officinalis 2 liang, Cinnabar 2 liang, Cornus officinalis 2 liang, Eucommia ulmoides (roasted) 2 liang, Ash-processed Lycium barbarum 4 liang, Schisandra chinensis 1.5 liang.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of a paulownia seed.
