Drug Formulation
6 qian of Sichuan Aconite, 6 qian of Wild Aconite, 6 qian of Fangfeng, 6 qian of White Angelica, 6 qian of Chinese Angelica, 6 qian of Prepared Rehmannia, 6 qian of Trichosanthes Seed (shell removed), 6 qian of Pangolin Scale, 6 qian of Rhubarb, 6 qian of Licorice, 1 cun of Sophora, 1 cun of Peach, 1 cun of Willow, 1 cun of Toon, 1 cun of Paper Mulberry (branches), and 1 handful of Human Hair.

Processing
Coarsely chop the ingredients. Add 1 jin of sesame oil and simmer over low-to-medium heat until the mixture is charred and dry. Strain out the residue. Reheat the oil, then gradually add half a jin of orpiment (roasted until sparks appear). Stir vigorously with a willow twig until the mixture is so thick that a drop of water forms a bead. Remove from heat and let stand briefly. Add 1 liang of frankincense, 6 qian of myrrh,2 qian of cinnabar, and 2 qian of mercury oxide, stirring them in slowly as well. Pour into a bowl and place it in a water bath to remove the heat toxicity.

Instructions for Use
For lower back pain, apply the paste to the painful area; for cough, apply to the two Fei Shu acupoints; for masses, apply directly to the affected area; for various skin infections, apply according to the size of the lesion.
