Drug Formulation
Atractylodes lancea, ginger (use fresh for warm diseases; use dried for cold-induced diseases), white alum (refined), and silver vermilion, each in equal parts.

Instructions for Use
First, drink a concentrated hot mung bean soup; then, place 5 fen of the powdered medicine in the palm of the hand—on the left for men and on the right for women—press firmly, lie on one’s side with the wrist tucked between the legs, cover with a blanket, and induce sweating.
