Drug Formulation

Black Pharbitis (roasted) 1 liang, Corydalis (roasted) 1 liang, Angelica sinensis (root stalk removed) 1 liang, Polygonum multiflorum 1 liang 3 fen (soaked in wine overnight, then roasted on a tile until cooked).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Wrap a single-clove garlic bulb in damp paper and bake it until cooked; then grind it into a paste and form it into pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Take 10–15 pills per dose, washed down with warm wine on an empty stomach or before meals, twice daily.
