1 fen of Haisinsha, 1 fen of Xusui seeds, 1 liang of ginger, 1 liang of Zhongyong, and 2 liang of honey.

Instructions for Use
Grind the ingredients into a powder; apply as a poultice overnight. At the fifth watch, strain the liquid through silk or linen cloth and drink it warm before meals. After draining the yellow fluid and regulating the qi with tonic herbs, eat congee cooked with camphor willow root.
