Vine Notoginseng

Teng Sanqi is the name of a traditional Chinese medicine. It consists of the dried, tuberous bulblets found on the vines of Anredera cordifolia (Tenore) van Steen., a plant in the Malvaceae family. It has the effects of tonifying the kidneys and strengthening the lower back, as well as dispersing blood stasis and reducing swelling. It is primarily used to treat pain and stiffness in the lower back and knees, post-illness weakness, trauma, and fractures.

Wood Turtle Seed

Mu-bie-zi is the name of a traditional Chinese medicine. It consists of the dried, mature seeds of Momordica cochinchinensis (Lour.) Spreng., a plant in the genus Momordica of the Cucurbitaceae family. It is effective in dispersing nodules, reducing swelling, eliminating toxins, and treating sores.It is primarily used to treat abscesses, swellings caused by toxins, mastitis, scrofula, hemorrhoids and fistulas, psoriasis, and alopecia.

Xie Bai

Xiebai is the name of a traditional Chinese medicine. It consists of the dried bulbs of Allium macrostemon Bge. (small-rooted garlic) or Allium chinense G.Don, both belonging to the genus Allium in the Liliaceae family. It has the therapeutic effects of promoting yang energy, dispersing nodules, regulating qi, and relieving stagnation. It is primarily used to treat chest pain caused by bi syndrome, epigastric and abdominal fullness, distension, and pain, as well as tenesmus following diarrhea or dysentery.

Tingli Seeds

Tingli Seeds, a name in traditional Chinese medicine. These are the dried, mature seeds of the cruciferous plants Descurainia sophia (L.) Webb. ex Prantl. or Lepidium apetalum Willd.The former is commonly known as “Southern Tingli Seeds,” while the latter is commonly known as “Northern Tingli Seeds.” They have the therapeutic effects of clearing the lungs and relieving wheezing, as well as promoting diuresis and reducing swelling. They are primarily used to treat phlegm obstructing the lungs, wheezing and coughing with excessive phlegm, distension and fullness in the chest and flanks making it impossible to lie flat, edema of the chest and abdomen, and difficulty urinating.
