1 liang of Angelica sinensis, 5 qian of Chuanxiong, 1 liang of Paishao, 4 liang of Huai Dihuang, 1 liang of Atractylodes macrocephala (stir-fried with earth), 1 liang of Poria cocos, 2 liang of Asparagus cochinchinensis (core removed), 2 liang of Ophiopogon japonicus (core removed),Achyranthes root 1 liang (roasted), Eucommia bark (roasted) 1 liang, Polygonum multiflorum 1 liang, Fennel 1 liang, Schisandra berries 1 liang, Goji berries 4 liang, Dried tangerine peel 1 liang, Pinellia 1 liang, Atractylodes lancea 1 liang, Magnolia bark 1 liang, Fructus Aurantii 1 liang, Cyperus 1 liang, Amomum 5 qian, Cinnamon bark 1 liang,Qianghuo 1 liang, Duhuo 1 liang, Bai Zhi 1 liang, Fangfeng (stem removed) 1 liang, Wuyao 1 liang, Qin Jiao 1 liang, He Shou Wu 1 liang, Chuan Bi Xie 1 liang, dried eggplant root 1 liang, late silkworm sand 1 liang, dried ginger 1 liang, red dates 1 jin, and rice wine 60 jin.

Processing
Place all the herbs together in a silk bag, suspend it inside a jar, then pour in the rice wine to cover the herbs and seal the jar tightly. Let it steep for half a month.
