Chinese Name : 加减至宝丹
Drug Formulation
Gypsum (boiled in water for 30 boils) 2 liang, Angelica sinensis (soaked in wine) 2 liang, Areca nut 2 liang, Dipsacus asper 4 liang (remove skin and hair; stir-fry 3–5 times until clean), Moonstone sand 5 liang (boiled in vinegar until dry), Tribulus terrestris (stir-fried until red; remove sharp spines before use) 3 liang, Papaya (raw) 3 liang, Zijingpi (remove seeds; use raw) 3 liang,3 Huai Wu (take 1 liang, roast until reddish-brown to yield 2 liang), 2 liang White Frankincense (boil in clean water for over ten boils, then cool in cold water).

Grind the above ingredients into a powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a marble.

For beriberi.
Instructions for Use
Chew a piece of fresh ginger, then take the pills on an empty stomach with one cup of fine wine. Wine is often used to enhance the medicine’s efficacy; one hour after taking the pills, use the “Wai Ying San” decoction to steam and rinse the affected area.
