Drug Formulation
Whole Angelica sinensis (washed with wine) 8 liang, Cistanche deserticola (washed with wine, including stamens and filaments) 8 liang, Eucommia ulmoides (milled) 8 liang, Cuscuta chinensis (soaked in wine) 8 liang, Epimedium (roasted with butter) 8 liang,Tong Ji Li 8 liang (processed separately with salt water, children’s urine, and human milk), Yun Fu Ling (steamed with human milk) 8 liang, Po Gu Zhi (stir-fried with salt water) 8 liang, Huai Niu Xi (stir-fried with salt water) 8 liang, Gan Gou Qi (stir-fried with green salt water) 4 liang, Shao Gui Xin (unroasted) 2 liang,Threadfish Blubber (stir-fried with oyster shell powder) 2 jin, Large Aconite (each weighing 1 liang 4–5 qian, wrapped in flour and braised) 2 pieces.

Processing
Prepare according to the method described. For every 1 jin of the mixture, use 12 liang of refined honey and 4 liang of boiling water to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
Instructions for Use
Take 100 pills every morning with lightly salted water, and 100 pills in the evening with aged wine; both men and women may take this formula. The two ingredients, Aconite and Cinnamon, should only be used by those over fifty years of age.
