Processing
Grind the raw Dioscorea in a sand mortar, then mix with the preceding ingredients to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use
Additionally, take equal parts of *Yu Yuliang* and salt, place them in a jar, and seal it tightly. Calcine until bright red, allow to cool, and grind into a fine powder. Take 1 qian of this powder and, on an empty stomach, take 15 pills with warm water.
