Instructions for Use

Peel, pound, and grind into a paste. For each bowl of porridge, use 2 he of the paste and 2 spoons of honey. Stir-fry together until thickened, then crumble with a spoon. When the porridge is cooked, stir in the mixture until evenly blended, then serve.
