Formulas Name : Blood-Nourishing and Wind-Calming Decoction
Chinese Name : 养血定风汤
Drug Formulation
5 qian of raw Rehmannia root, 3 qian of Angelica sinensis, 2 qian of red peony root, 0.5 fen of Chuanxiong, 2 qian of Asparagus root, 2 qian of Ophiopogon tuber, 2 qian of silkworm pupae (ground raw), 5–7 qian of fresh Polygonum multiflorum, and 1.5 fen or 2 qian of Moutan bark.

Instructions for Use
Add 20 cun of mulberry twigs to the above ingredients, decoct in water, and take while warm at any time; alternatively, it may be made into pills for oral administration.
