Drug Formulation
1 sheng of raw oil, 3 liang of pure ghee, 1 sheng of lotus seed grass juice, 1 liang of indigo, 1 liang of Isatis indigotica, 1 liang of Polygonum cuspidatum, 1 liang of locust seed kernels (lightly roasted), 1 liang of gardenia seed kernels, 1 handful of bamboo leaves (the above 6 ingredients should be finely chopped and wrapped in cotton), 1 liang of long-grained stone, 2 liang of salt flowers, 1 liang of azurite, and 2 liang of Sichuan magnolia bark.

Processing
For the above ingredients, first take the oil, ghee, and lotus seed grass juice—these three ingredients—and place them in a copper pot. Simmer over low heat until it boils with small bubbles like fish eyes. Immediately place a cotton bag containing the herbs into the pot and simmer for half a day. Remove the herbs, filter the mixture through a separate piece of cotton, and thoroughly wipe the pot clean. Return the herbs and oil to the pot and simmer until it simmers gently. Then add the four ingredients—longli stone, etc.—and stir gently with a willow wood spatula for more than 10 boils.Once the ointment is ready, store it in a non-porous container.

Instructions for Use
Apply the ointment evenly to the crown of the head and bald areas, then massage it in with an iron spoon until the ointment penetrates the brain, at which point the symptoms will cease. Do not apply too frequently; massage it in once every 2–3 nights. After applying the ointment, the scalp may feel slightly greasy; simply wash it as usual. Washing the hair with mulberry wood charcoal is even more beneficial for the eyes.
