Drug Formulation
16 liang of Dendrobium officinale (roots removed, washed, and sliced), 4 liang 8 qian of frankincense (oil removed), 16 liang of genuine Sichuan fritillary bulb (core removed, ground), 4 liang 8 qian of myrrh (oil removed), 6 liang 8 qian of Tianma (washed and sliced), 6 liang 4 qian of licorice (washed and sliced), and 5 liang 4 qian of croton seed (oil removed, ground).

Processing
Soak the above ingredients in 12 jin of hemp seed oil for several days. When decocting, add two live large-spotted crucian carp (with scales and armor intact), each weighing approximately 1.5 jin. Decoct until the fish are charred, remove the dregs, and retain the oil. Separately, use 2 jin of lead powder (ground and roasted until yellow), sift it into the oil, and reduce to a paste.

Instructions for Use
If treating breast abscesses that have not yet ulcerated, add a small amount of camphor to the ointment; do not use camphor if the abscess has already ulcerated.
