Drug Formulation
Dried lacquer 3 fen (roasted until crumbled and all smoke has dissipated), realgar 1 fen (ground and washed with water), croton seed powder 1 qian.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, then form into pills the size of millet grains using wheat flour paste.

Instructions for Use
Take 5–7 pills per dose, adjusting the amount according to the patient’s size; take with a decoction of pomegranate root prepared using the “East-Drawing” method. For severe pain, take with a decoction of Chinese toon root or a decoction of wild pepper.
