Drug Formulation

1 liang of copper blue, 1 liang of realgar, 1 liang of azurite, 1 liang of mercury, 2 liang of Shichangsheng, 2 liang of Poria, 2 liang of Polyporus, 2 liang of Angelica dahurica, 2 liang of Cynanchum atratum, 2 liang of Cynanchum wilfordii, 2 liang of ginseng, half a liang of Selaginella, half a liang of Polygonum cuspidatum, 1.5 liang of sulfur, and 1 liang of water lily bulbs from the East Gate.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with the bile of a blue ox, place the mixture in a copper vessel, and steam it in a steamer over 5 dou of soybeans until the mixture forms pills the size of sesame seeds.
