Cardamom, Amomum seed, Magnolia bark (raw, with coarse outer bark removed), Pinellia, Tangerine peel, Licorice, Jujube (pitted), and Ginger—all in equal parts.

Processing

Finely chop the ingredients and mix them evenly. Take half and leave them raw; wrap the other half in damp rice paper and steam until fragrant and cooked. Remove the paper and mix thoroughly with the raw portion.

Instructions for Use

Take 5 qian per dose; boil with 2 zhan of water until reduced to 7 fen; take one dose before a meal and one after.
