Chinese Name : 神仙保真丸
Drug Formulation
Sichuan Melia Fruit (pitted, stir-fried) 1 liang; Curcuma zedoaria (baked, sliced) half a liang; Cardamom (pitted, wrapped in flour and baked until fragrant); Frankincense half a liang; Areca nuts 3 pieces; Angelica sinensis 7 qian and a half (roasted); Shenqu half a liang (stir-fried until fragrant); Fennel (select half to be stir-fried until fragrant, half used raw) half a liang;Aconite Root 1 liang (roasted until cracked, peel and pith removed, ground into a fine powder), Realgar (select bright, impurity-free realgar; use 1 large Jian-style bowl of ash-free liquor; place the realgar in the liquor and simmer over low heat in a silver or stone vessel until completely dissolved; strain out the residue, let cool, then mix the fine aconite powder with the resulting paste) 3 fen.

Processing
Grind all ingredients except Aconite and Realgar into a fine powder. Mix the Aconite and Realgar paste with the powder to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use
Take 50 pills per dose. On an empty stomach, before meals, chew 7 roasted peach kernels thoroughly and swallow them with 1 cup of warm wine; salted broth may also be used. In cases of severe pain, take two doses consecutively.
