Drug Formulation
1 jin of white sand honey, 4 liang of yellow丹, 2 qian of realgar (ground separately), 2 qian of borneol (ground separately), 2 qian of frankincense (ground separately), 2 qian of rock salt (ground separately), 2 qian of mercury oxide (ground separately), 2 qian of borax (ground separately),half a qian of musk (ground separately), 1 liang of Golden Star Stone, 1 liang of Silver Star Stone, 1 liang of Well Spring Stone, 1 liang of Mica, half a liang of Coptis (stems removed), and half a liang of cuttlefish bone.

Processing
In a clean room, use silver or stone utensils over low heat to first roast the yellow丹 until it turns purple; then add honey and simmer until the foam dissipates and the color turns entirely purple; next, add 3 sheng of wax-snow water and simmer for over 20 boils. Grind the remaining herbs into a fine powder, combine them with the mixture, and simmer together. Test the consistency by dripping a drop onto your fingernail with chopsticks; it is ready when it forms a bead that does not disperse.Line a sieve with three sheets of thick rice paper, pour the mixture onto the paper to strain it, and transfer the liquid to a bottle. Soak the mixture in fresh water for three days and nights to remove the heat toxicity, changing the water once a day.

Instructions for Use
Depending on the severity of the eye condition, in the evening, dip a chopstick in the medicine and apply it to the outer corner of the eye; apply as needed when the eyes feel dry. To treat cataracts, mix raw flour with water to form a dough, shape it into a ring, place it over the eye before bed, and pour the medicine inside. Use this method, and results will be seen within one month.
