Refined cinnabar powder: 8 liang; Ling sand powder: 2 liang; Daizhashi powder: 2 liang.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder. Mix thoroughly with 1 liang of glutinous rice powder and half a liang of ginseng powder. Combine with hot clear broth to form two cakes, then boil them in the broth until they float to the surface and are fully cooked. Remove them, adjust the consistency as needed to achieve the desired thickness, and roll into pills the size of small sesame seeds. Place them in a tray filled with ash from mulberry or firewood charcoal and let them sit for three days. Remove the ash, then polish the pills with a new hemp cloth bag until they have a smooth, lustrous appearance.

Instructions for Use
