Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 30 pills per dose, once on an empty stomach, once at noon, and once before bed. Each night, when going to sleep for the first time, quickly take 30 pills from beside your head and swallow them immediately, washing them down with the natural juice of sheep’s-foot root. After 100 days, the skin and flesh will gradually return to normal.

Note

Strictly avoid alcohol, sexual activity, and all substances that induce wind; consume only plain congee. After half a year, all dietary restrictions are lifted.
