Instructions for Use
Take one inhalation at a time; immediately plug your nostrils with your fingers, press your lips against your teeth, and swish the liquid around your mouth to mix it with saliva. Then draw the vapor upward through your nose, allowing the energy to enter the brain via the Mingtang. Only then should you slowly swallow it. A full session consists of 5–7 repetitions. Those who consume it without swishing are no different from drinking milk, which merely remains in the stomach and intestines.
