2 liang of Duhuo, 2 liang of Xuduan, 2 liang of Duzhong, 2 liang of Guixin, 2 liang of Fangfeng, 3 liang of Chuanxiong, 2 liang of Niuxi, 2 liang of Xixin, 3 liang of Qin Jiao, 3 liang of Poria, 2 liang of Ginseng, 2 liang of Danggui, 2 liang of White Peony Root, 3 liang of Dried Rehmannia, 3 liang of Licorice (roasted).

Instructions for Use
Boil 1 dou of water down to 3 sheng, and divide into 3 doses. Keep warm and rest; avoid exposure to cold. It is advisable to take the leaves of the Eupatorium plant, char them over a fire, spread them thickly on the bed, and lie on them while they are still hot; replace them as soon as they cool. In winter, use the roots; pound them and boil them thoroughly before use.
Note
Avoid wild mustard, raw scallions, raw vegetables, seaweed, Chinese cabbage, and vinegar-based foods.
