Drug Formulation
Atractylodes macrocephala (soaked in rice wash, stir-fried with earth) 2 liang; Zhi Shi (pulp removed, stir-fried with wheat bran) 1 liang; Shenqu (stir-fried) 1 liang; Barley malt (stir-fried, ground into powder) 1 liang; Chenpi (white pith removed) 1 liang; Hawthorn fruit 1 liang; Cyperus rotundus (stir-fried) 1 liang; Amomum villosum (stir-fried) 5 qian.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; use lotus leaves to form pills with well-cooked, aged rice, each the size of a mung bean.

For weakness of the spleen and stomach, reduced appetite, distension and fullness in the chest and diaphragm, food stagnation caused by alcohol, and qi stagnation with abdominal distension.
Instructions for Use
Take 50 pills per dose, washed down with clear rice water or boiling water; if there is distension and oppression in the chest and diaphragm, take with Zhi Ke Decoction; if due to alcohol intoxication, take with Dry Kudzu Decoction.
