Drug Formulation

Half a liang of Fangfeng (root tip removed), half a liang of Zhike (fried with wheat bran until slightly yellow, pith removed), 3 fen of Red Peony Root, half a liang of Banxia (soaked in boiling water 7 times to remove slipperiness), half a liang of Chrysanthemum flowers, half a liang of Chuanxiong, 2 liang of Gypsum, half a liang of Licorice (lightly roasted until reddish, coarsely chopped), 1 liang of Qianhu(with the root tip removed).

Instructions for Use

Take 3 qian per dose; add half a fen of fresh ginger to one medium bowl of water, decoct until reduced to 6 fen, strain, and take while warm, regardless of the time of day.
