Benefits
For cases of bones, bamboo, or wood lodged in the throat; or when a bone is lodged in the abdomen, causing prolonged stabbing pain and resulting in jaundice and emaciation.
Instructions for Use
Use one gallbladder per dose; half of a large one is also acceptable. Decoct in clear water and drink while still warm. Shortly afterward, vomiting will occur, and the bone will be expelled; if vomiting has not yet occurred, drink warm wine until vomiting occurs (drink as much wine as needed); if the bone still has not been expelled, drink the fish gallbladder decoction again—there has never been a case where it failed to expel the bone.
