Drug Formulation

Black Pharbitis (ground into powder) 8 liang, areca nut 8 liang, Leimuan (roasted with vinegar) 2 liang, southern frankincense 2 liang.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Add 2 liang of Artemisia capillaris, 1 liang each of large soapberry and Chinese toon bark, and decoct into a concentrated decoction to form pills the size of mung beans.

Instructions for Use

Adults: 4 qian per dose; children: 3 qian, 2 qian, or 1.5 qian. Take with rock sugar water at dawn. Wait until the toxic parasitic accumulation has been expelled 2–3 times before replenishing with congee.
