Processing
Grind the above ingredients with winter honey, add a small amount of cinnabar powder, and grind repeatedly until a paste forms.

Instructions for Use
After meals or before bedtime, take a small spoonful, hold it in the mouth, and swallow; it may also be applied directly to the eyes.
