3 liang of Aconite (peeled, with the navel removed, raw, and ground into a powder), 2 liang of Camphor (finely ground).

Processing

Grind the above herbs again until uniform, then mix with a paste made from strong vinegar to form pills the size of a marble.

For edema and swelling caused by beriberi, with pain extending to the bone marrow.

Instructions for Use

Place one pill in the center of a brazier, extend the foot to step on it, and cover with clothing and blankets for 2–3 shichen; the treatment is effective when sweat flows like saliva. Then wash the area with Sanjie Decoction.
