4 parts cuttlefish bone, 1 part (艹虑)茹.

Processing
Combine the two ingredients and form them into pills the size of a small bean using sparrow eggs.

For women with blood deficiency, amenorrhea, and red or white vaginal discharge; for men with impotence and depleted essence.
Instructions for Use
Take 5 pills each time, washed down with abalone juice before meals.
Note
However, this formula is contraindicated for those with yin deficiency and yang disturbance in the Metal and Water organs, as well as for those with shortness of breath, coughing, hemorrhage, or premature ejaculation; this is because the formula specializes in warming and dispersing, and lacks the nourishing properties to sustain true yin.
