Drug Formulation

1 liang and 1 fen of Sichuan pepper (seeds and stems removed, stir-fried until sweaty), 1 liang of dried ginger (roasted), 1 liang of Magnolia officinalis (coarse bark removed, coated with ginger juice and roasted), 1 liang of Scutellaria baicalensis (black core removed), 1 liang of Asarum (stems and leaves removed), 1 liang of Paeonia lactiflora, 1 liang of Cinnamomum cassia (bark removed),Platycodon (stir-fried) half liang, Black-beaked Bird’s-beak (roasted until cracked, with skin and navel removed) 1 fen, Bupleurum (stems removed) 1 fen, Poria (black skin removed) 1 fen, Moutan Bark 1 fen.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
