Chinese Name : 古圣散

Drug Formulation

Half a liang of Lo Lu (with the root tip removed, stir-fried with wheat bran), half a liang of Earthworm (cleaned of soil, stir-fried).

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder.

Benefits

Arthralgia, stiffness of tendons and vessels, and joint pain.

Instructions for Use

First, extract the juice from 2 liang of fresh ginger; combine with 2 liang of honey and simmer until it boils 3–5 times; add 5 he of fine wine, then pour into a porcelain vessel. For each dose, use 7 fen of a bowl to mix 1 qian and a half bi of the powdered medicine; take while warm, at any time of day.
