Chinese Name : 和太师牛黄丸
Drug Formulation
1 liang of Shiyan, 1 liang of Shehuang, 1 liang of Magnetite (the above three ingredients are each heated and quenched in vinegar 9 times, then finely ground), 1 liang of Realgar (ground and sifted), 1 liang of Cinnabar (ground and sifted), 1 liang of Malachite (ground and sifted),half liang of ox bile, half liang of powdered silver (ground), half liang of mercury oxide (finely ground), half liang of musk (finely ground), 100 pieces of silver foil (ground), and 100 pieces of gold foil (for coating).

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; use a paste made by boiling flour with wine to form pills the size of a chicken’s head.

Instructions for Use
Take 1 pill per dose, decocted with mint and wine; the elderly may take half a pill; children under 10 years of age should divide the dose into 4 portions and take it with honey water; those under 4 years of age should divide it into 5 portions; and those under 1 year of age may divide it into 7 portions. If the jaw is clenched tightly, pry it open with an object and administer the medicine.
