Drug Formulation
Amber: half liang (not exposed to fire); Southern Frankincense: half liang (wrapped in paper and roasted until cooked); Dragon’s Blood: half liang (not exposed to fire); Corydalis: half liang; Sichuan Angelica: 1 liang; Sichuan Ligusticum: half liang (not exposed to fire); Cinnamon Bark: half liang (not exposed to fire); Red Peony Root: half liang; Schizonepeta Spikes: half liang;1 liang of Zhi Ke (soaked in warm water, pith removed, then stir-fried with wheat bran until yellow), 2 liang of raw Rehmannia root (stir-fried with 1 liang of sliced fresh ginger until golden and dry).
