Instructions for Use
Obtain urine from a healthy boy aged 11–12 who does not consume meat or pungent foods and whose urine is as clear as water; remove the beginning and end of the stream. Drink it hot; in winter, warm it with hot water, or mix it with lotus root juice and donkey-hide gelatin before taking.
