Drug Formulation

Raw Rehmannia 4 liang, Prepared Rehmannia 4 liang, Polygonum multiflorum 4 liang, Jushengzi (steamed nine times and sun-dried nine times) 2 liang, Ginseng 1 liang, Cistanche (soaked in wine) 1 liang, Achyranthes (soaked in wine) 1 liang, Cuscuta (soaked in wine) 1 liang, Asparagus root (core removed, soaked in wine) 1 liang, Polygonum multiflorum (soaked in wine, stir-fried) 1 liang,Ba Ji (core removed, soaked in wine) 1 liang, Dried Chinese Yam 1 liang, Schisandra Berry 1 liang, Paper Mulberry Fruit (roasted) 1 liang, Rubus Fruit (cleaned) 1 liang, Deer Antler (tender red, used raw) 1 liang, Cypress Seed (shell removed, ground separately) 1 liang, Sour Jujube Seed (shell removed, ground separately) 1 liang,White Poria 1 liang, Western Goji Berries 1 liang, Walnuts 10 (shelled and kernels removed; ground separately into a paste, then added to the mixture and ground evenly).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 1 jin of jujubes, remove the skins and pits, boil until soft, mash thoroughly, and mix evenly with the herbal powder to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 50–70 pills per dose on an empty stomach, washed down with warm wine or salted water; after taking, consume solid food to settle the stomach. The number of pills may be adjusted as needed.
