Drug Formulation
Green-calyx plum blossoms 3 liang (harvest when about to bloom but not yet fully open; either oven-dry or sun-dry), finely ground talc 5 liang, Moutan bark 3 liang, processed Cyperus rhizome 2 liang (those processed 4 or 7 times are especially good), Atractylodes 5 qian, Curcuma 5 qian,4 qian of Poria, 3 qian of knotted American ginseng (steamed thoroughly over rice, then stir-fried with moist rice; discard the rice), 3 qian of tender Astragalus, 3 qian of whole Angelica sinensis, 3 qian of Amomum villosum, 3 qian of Amomum villosum seed, 2 qian 5 fen of Polygala tenuifolia flesh,2 qian of Chinese yam, 2 qian of Wood Fragrance (roasted without direct flame), 2 qian of Corydalis, 2 qian of Sichuan Melia fruit (pitted; do not use if worm-eaten), 1 qian and 5 fen of polished peach kernels (peeled, de-tipped, and stir-fried), 1 qian and 5 fen of young Platycodon root, 1 qian of processed Frankincense (with oil thoroughly removed), 1 qian of Galangal, and 1 qian of powdered licorice.

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with 12 liang of refined white honey, and pound into pills the size of longan flesh; seal them with white beeswax.
