Drug Formulation
1 qian of realgar, 1 qian of orpiment, 1 qian of sulfur, 1 qian of arsenic trioxide, and 7 qian of Pinellia tuber.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with ginger juice and spread the mixture in a bowl. Take 7–8 pieces of large soapberry pods, burn them to produce smoke, and cover the bowl with the smoke. When the bowl becomes extremely hot and the smoke has dissipated, let it cool, then remove the mixture and form it into pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use
Adults should take 4 pills per dose; children should take 1–2 pills per dose. When taking the medicine, hold a slice of ginger in the mouth; once the mouth is full of saliva, remove the ginger and swallow the medicine with the saliva, then go to sleep immediately.
