5 qian of gall alum, 5 qian of green alum.

Processing

Take one oil- and salt-free steamed bun, weighing approximately 3 liang; remove the top, scoop out the center, fill it with the two types of alum, seal the top with raw dough paste, and roast over alternating high and low heat until golden yellow. Hang it from a ceiling beam to air-dry, then grind into a fine powder;Additionally, take 30 plump jujubes and one large bowl of ash-free wine; simmer over low heat until it becomes a paste, strain through raw silk to remove the dregs, and simmer again until it forms a thick paste; form into pills the size of a millet seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 30 pills per dose, gradually increasing to 40–50 pills, on an empty stomach or before bedtime, washed down with warm rice water. For men and women, make the pills the size of a paulownia seed. Take 30–40 pills per dose, washed down with ginger tea.

Note

Avoid all raw, cold, and hard foods.
