Processing

Soak them in ash-free liquor for 6 days in winter and 3 days in summer. Grind them to a very fine powder in a sand pot, then squeeze out the juice using a cloth bag. Combine the juice with the original soaking liquor and simmer over low heat until it becomes a paste. Store the paste in a clean porcelain container and seal it; heat it using a double boiler.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 spoonful per dose, mix with a small amount of clarified butter, and wash down with warm wine.
