Drug Formulation

1 hu of Atractylodes (cleaned, peeled, drained of moisture, and finely chopped), 6 jin 4 liang of white honey, 2 jin of refined rosin powder, and 2.5 jin of half-date paste.

Processing

Crush the Atractylodes, place it in a cauldron with 1 shi 5 dou of water, and boil it. Gradually add water until the volume reaches 3 shi, then boil until the liquid is reduced to 3 dou. Strain out the residue, transfer the liquid to a copper vessel, and add the white honey, refined pine resin powder, and jujube paste. Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly until well blended. Wait until the mixture thickens into a paste, then roll it into pills the size of a marble. Let them dry, and store them in a non-porous container.

Instructions for Use

Take 3 pills at a time; let them dissolve in the mouth before swallowing, 3 times a day.
