Drug Formulation

Half liang of licorice (lightly roasted until reddish, then coarsely chopped), 1 fen of cinnamon bark, 1 fen of apricot kernels (soaked in hot water, with skin, tip, and double kernels removed; stir-fried with bran until slightly yellow; then ground into a paste).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a powder, mix in the apricot kernels and grind until uniform, then mix with refined honey to form pills the size of mung beans.
