Drug Formulation

5 liang of Atractylodes macrocephala (lightly roasted until yellow), 3 liang of Poria cocos, 3 liang of Ginseng, 3.5 liang of Tangerine Peel (white pith removed, roasted with wheat bran), 2 liang of Green Tangerine Peel (white pith removed), 2 liang of Licorice (roasted, then roasted again with wheat bran).

Take 3 daqian per dose; add 1.5 zhan of water, 1 jujube, and 2 slices of fresh ginger; decoct until reduced to 7 fen; take while warm, 3–4 times daily.
