3 raw Mesi stones, 2 qian of ginseng, 2 qian of roasted chebulic myrobalan, 2 qian of white atractylodes, 5–7 cloves, half a liang of roasted licorice, and 37 cyperus rhizomes (peeled).

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, boil with pork until thickened, then knead into pills the size of a tung tree seed.
