3 he of millet, half a jin of lamb (remove the fat membrane; select 4 liang and finely chop).

Instructions for Use
Add 5 large bowls of water to the pot, then add the millet and lamb and cook together. Just before it is done, add salt, vinegar, pepper, and scallions, and continue cooking the porridge until fully cooked. Consume on an empty stomach.
