Drug Formulation
Aconite (raw, with skin and pith removed) 5 liang, Wulingzhi 5 liang, Musk (ground) 1 fen.

Processing
First, grind the first two ingredients into a fine powder; add the musk and grind together until fine and uniform; then form into pills the size of an apricot kernel by adding a few drops of water.

For stroke-induced weakness and dragging of the limbs, deviation of the mouth and eyes, slurred speech, and unsteady gait.
Instructions for Use
Take 1 pill at a time; first dissolve it in fresh ginger juice, then swallow it with warm wine. Take 5–7 pills after meals in the morning and evening; this will restore the ability to walk, and 10 pills will enable the patient to raise their arms.
